Anne & Gabe were married on the most beautiful stormy day in August. A little wet weather couldn't dampen their funny, sweet personalities and there were so many magical moments during this day!
First looks are always special, but Anne's father was so moved when he saw his daughter all ready for her wedding day, and the first look that Anne & Gabe shared was just so sweet! The bridesmaids were peeking out at them from the second story of the house and let out the biggest cheer when they kissed. It was like a movie!
The wedding was held at the Lavender Fields Forever farm and the space was just so perfect. We lucked out and had a little purple still in the fields despite how late in the season it was. The ceremony was held under a big beautiful tree and the everyone danced the night away in the gorgeous barn onsite.
There was so much rain and thunder early in the day that I was a bit nervous, since there was no shelter for the ceremony. But right after we took some of Gabe & Anne's couple photos the weather cleared right up and we had only slight drizzles for the rest of the day!
I thought the lavender throw at the end of the night was the perfect way to wish farewell to the new Mr. & Mrs. Morgan. It was such a creative alternative to bubbles or sparklers.
The love that these two share and the support shown to them by their friends and family truly touched my heart. I'm so happy I was able to be a part of your beautiful wedding, Gabe & Anne! May your future together be bright and full of good things.
